Compass coaching

Personalised coaching support helping children and young people better understand themselves, overcome barriers and develop strategies to thrive in education and everyday life.

Including executive functioning sessions, supporting children who find organisation, focus, flexibility, time management or emotional regulation challenging. Available as: • 1:1 coaching (online or face to face) • Small group coaching (carefully matched) Compass Wellbeing Coaching is therapeutic in approach, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, supporting children to better understand themselves and develop tools they can use in everyday life. What families can expect: • A calm, safe, non-judgemental space • Individualised support, not a one-size-fits-all programme • Practical tools children can use at home and school • Optional parent check-ins or feedback summaries • Strategies that support both now and long-term wellbeing Get in touch to discuss whether we could be a good fit for your child. Compass mentoring

Personalised 1:1 wellbeing mentoring for children and young people focused on confidence, emotional wellbeing, self-esteem, identity, belonging and emotional regulation.

Sessions are tailored to the individual strengths and may incorporate coaching, discussion, practical activities, movement and mindset work. For children and young people aged 6–16 Compass Wellbeing programmes are delivered as personalised sessions supporting children and young people with emotional wellbeing, regulation, confidence and connection. This programme is designed for children who may: • Feel overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally dysregulated • Struggle to understand or express their feelings • Experience sensory, communication or neurodivergent differences • Find transitions, school or relationships challenging Sessions are relational, flexible and child-led, using conversation, visuals, movement and creative tools. Support is tailored to each child’s needs, strengths and pace. Prices start from £60
