Compass mentoring
Personalised 1:1 wellbeing mentoring for children and young people focused on confidence, emotional wellbeing, self-esteem, identity, belonging and emotional regulation.
Sessions are tailored to the individual strengths and may incorporate coaching, discussion, practical activities, movement and mindset work. For children and young people aged 6–16 Compass Wellbeing programmes are delivered as personalised sessions supporting children and young people with emotional wellbeing, regulation, confidence and connection. This programme is designed for children who may: • Feel overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally dysregulated • Struggle to understand or express their feelings • Experience sensory, communication or neurodivergent differences • Find transitions, school or relationships challenging Sessions are relational, flexible and child-led, using conversation, visuals, movement and creative tools.
